Length of bar = Number of products good + - poor Price/Performance

The price-performance relationship is shown through a matrix. The position of the product in the matrix shows the value for money ('What do I get for my money?').

* the price is shown on the horizontal dimension and indicates the price index of the product

* the product quality is shown on the vertical dimension and indicates the product quality index

The best position on the matrix is that on the upper left corner where good quality products with good prices are located. The worst position is that on the lower right corner. The diagonal from the lower left corner to the upper right corner can be regarded as position of fair price-performance relationships.
