Glossary
Quick Shot-Funktion
Function of some digital cameras, in which during a short time span and a single trigger push a series of images can be taken.
Motivprograms
Almost all digital cameras come with motivprograms, at which the device resorts to previously stored preferences. Motiv- or other automatic programs can be found in the sections "landscape", "sports", "potraiture" and night.
White balance
The white balance adjusts the camera to light environment. According to the camera the white balance can be adjusted manually with a white sheet of paper or on the basis of pre-defined parameters (such as "daylight", "artificial light", "cloudy" etc.). When in automatic mode, the camera adjusts the white balance automatically and no other interaction is necessary.
